Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
At Limesummer, we offer free shipping across all of Mexico with delivery within 7 business days or less.
Order processing time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at all times.
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Mexico: between 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
- Deliveries to rural or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Customs time and costs:
Some of our products are shipped from our HQ in Miami, Florida — but don’t worry, this will not generate any additional cost for you. At Limesummer, customs duties and shipping are included in the final price of the product, which means the price shown is what you pay, period.
In rare cases, customs processes may cause slight delays in delivery.
Order tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can follow your shipment directly via the logistics provider’s website.
Delivery issues:
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there is any issue, please contact us as soon as possible at: ecommerce@bestdesignersinc.com. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Important note:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct.
If there is an error in the address, we’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been dispatched.

Returns
At Limesummer, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return requirements:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You do not need to provide a reason to return the product.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to request a return:
- Please contact us at ecommerce@bestdesignersinc.com and we’ll begin the return process.
- Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back.
- For any questions, feel free to reach out to the same email.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

Warranty: Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Remember, you have 14 days to return the product — no questions asked.
However, after those 14 days, you may still return the item or request repairs under our warranty policy.
Warranty coverage:
You have up to 365 days (1 year) from the date of delivery to report any defect or damage and request an exchange or repair.
What the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects: loose screws, misaligned frames, hinge issues
- Lens problems: delamination or UV filter failure (not scratches due to wear)
What the warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage from misuse: lens scratches, bent frames from drops or impacts
- Damage due to improper repairs: any product that has been glued or welded by the customer is excluded from warranty
